-January 02 : Janet celebrates Eissa's 1st birthday in London.

-January 20 : Janet is spotted in London with former dancer James Collins. Preston & Robert are also in London.

-January 23 : Janet flies from London to NYC.

-January 25 : Essence announces that Janet will headline the upcoming Essence Music Festival next July.

At night, Janet makes a surprise appearance at the Essence Black Women in Music gala where she presents her friend Missy Elliott with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

She is surrounded by her "glam team" Preston, Robert & Janet Zeitoun.

-January 27 : Janet flies back to London.

-Febuary 13 : Prince celebrates his 21st birthday.

-Febuary 14 : Johvonnie releases her memoirs "Bastard Child".

Janet has lunch with Randy in London.

She posts a video message on her social medias to thank her fans for their love & support during Justin Timberlake's Superbowl.

-Febuary 21 : Bigi celebrates his 16th birthday.

-March 9 : Janet attends "HER" concert at the Koko Club in London with Jareiq "JQ" Kabara.

-March 29 : Prince, Paris, Bigi, Omer, TJ, France & their kids attend Cirque du Soleil Michael Jackson's One Show in Las Vegas.

-April 3 : Paris celebrates her 20th birthday.

-April 7 : Many celebrities and family members attend Paris's 20th birthday bash in L.A including Prince, Omer, Paris & Kathy Hilton, Evan Ross & Chris Brown.

-April 12 : Janet launches a dance contest #DanceWithJanet for her upcoming summer tour.

-April 15 : Alejandra, Genevieve, Randy Jr, Jaafar & Jermajesty visit Katherine at Rebbie's house.

-April 17 : Several medias report that Katherine recently suffered a stroke and was hospitalized but Johvonnie says on Facebook that Rebbie denies those reports and that Katherine is "absolutely fine".

April 23 : Janet announces a new tour in the US next summer.

Dance auditions start in L.A with Janet's Team (Gil, Preston, JQ, Joey Harris & the J Tribe).

Janet stays in London but watches the auditions on FaceTime.

May 3 : Johvonnie & Yasmine reveal that LaToya just suffered a stroke on their Insta Stories.

May 5 : Latoya on Twitter : "Again thank you for your prayers and thoughtfulness, but guys, to make it clear I DID NOT HAVE A STROKE!!!!". 

May 7 : Billboard announces that Janet will be receiving this year's Icon Award on May 20 and will giver her first TV performance in 9 years!

May 9 : Back in L.A, Janet makes a photoshoot for the upcoming cover of Billboard Magazine with the J Tribe (make up by Preston, hair bt Janet)

She also gives her first interview since 2012!

May 13 : Janet is spotted with Eissa in a park in L.A on Mother's Day.

May 16 : Janet celebrates her 52nd birthday in L.A with the J Tribe while they are rehearsing for the upcoming Billboard Icon Award performance.

LaToya goes to the red carpet of the screening of "Burning" during the 71st annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals.  

May 17 : Janet's Billboard Magazine cover story is online.

May 20 : Live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Janet walks the red carpet of the Billboard Music Awards with her team (Joey, Preston, Janet & Robert)

She performs a medley of Nasty/If/Throb with 40 dancers and then Bruno Mars presents her with the Icon Award.

Katherine, Rebbie, Austin & Yashi are her guests and sit front row.

Prince & Randy Jackson are backstage (but not together).

Paris reveals on Instagram that she was not informed by her management or family about this award but she congratulates Janet on her Insta Story.

LaToya is in Spain but she congratulates Janet on Instagram.

Janet attends the Official BBMA's After Party with many stars including Bruno Mars, Ciara, Tyra Banks and Salt N Pepa.

May 25 : While on a promo tour in Paris with 3T, TJ finds out Paris is in town. He calls her and they have lunch together.

May 29 : LaToya celebrates her 62nd birthday with her friends Brenda Richie, Nancy Davis & Barbara Davis in Beverly Hills.

May 30 : Janet shares a picture of her in the recording studio on her social medias. At night she goes to the Choreographers Carnival in L.A with Gil & Preston.
